If someone else is going to be making payment for your order, then on the basket page you’ll find a button to ‘share your basket’. What this does is send the basket to the person you specify and they’ll then be able to follow a link back to our site to place the order and make the payment. We created this feature to help those working in organisations where another department makes the payments and for care homes where they would like the families to pay for the products.

If you need a quote, simply add the items you want a quote for into your basket, and then you’ll be able to request a quote on the basket page instead of proceeding to check-out.
