Chair Dancing’s Sit or Stand for Express Toning DVD is a demonstrated strength training program that provides total body toning routines for people who are short on time or want to ease into exercise. This American DVD program (region free) features quick 5 minute targeted routines or alternatively the participants can engage in the full 20 minutes of exercises for three times a week to achieve noticeable results. It can accommodate a variety of ages and fitness levels.All the exercises can also be done in standing.
