Created in response to feedback from Activity Coordinators, our specially designed Activity Calendar helps you clearly display weekly activities for everyone in your aged care facility. Its visual format is particularly helpful for people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s, as the bright, picture-based tiles are easier to recognise and understand.
The set includes 30 colourful and engaging activity tiles featuring a wide range of themes such as Music, Party Time, Outings, Flowers & Plants, Knitting, Quizzes & Crosswords, Tea & Chat, Exercise, Reminiscence, Pampering, Cooking, Needle craft, as well as essential services like Podiatrist, Chiropractor, One-to-One Visits, and Live Music. Tiles slide easily in and out of the plastic runners for quick daily updates.
We’ve also included two wipe-clean panels where you can write your Forthcoming Events and Home News, helping everyone stay informed.

The Activity Calendar can be integrated into your daily routine as part of a morning group session. Start the day by gathering residents to discuss the day’s planned activities using the visual tiles. This helps set expectations, provides orientation, and encourages participation.
You can also involve residents in selecting or changing the activity tiles—this gives them a sense of ownership and promotes engagement, especially helpful for people living with dementia. Use the Forthcoming Events and Home News panels to spark conversation, reminiscence, or excitement about upcoming events.
